Overview
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order and return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. This policy explains how returns and refunds work at MATCH IT JEWELLERY.
Your 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from the day you (or someone you nominate) receive your order to notify us that you wish to cancel or return it. To meet this deadline, it is enough for you to send us your cancellation notice before the 14 days expire.
How to Return an Item
Email us at info@matchit.cy with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will confirm your return and provide instructions on where to send it.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging, with any tags or seals intact.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Pierced earrings, once the sealed packaging has been opened
- Personalised, engraved or custom-made items, unless faulty
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us at info@matchit.cy and we will arrange a replacement, refund or repair at no cost to you, in line with your consumer rights.
