These Terms & Conditions govern your use of matchit.cy and any purchase you make from us. This website is operated by MATCH IT JEWELLERY ΕΕ (Reg. No. ΕΕ 56903), registered at Αρχ. Μακαρίου ΙΙΙ 57Α, Αγίοι Τριμιθιάς, 2671 Λευκωσία, Κύπρος (“we”, “us”, “MATCH IT”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or limit the quantity of any product without prior notice. We make every effort to display accurate colours, materials and dimensions, but slight variations may occur, particularly with handmade or natural-material jewellery.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Euro (€) and, unless stated otherwise, include any applicable taxes.
Payment is processed securely through our website’s payment provider at checkout; we do not store your full card details.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before an order is confirmed.

4. Orders & Shipping

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email.
We currently ship within Cyprus. Delivery costs and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

5. Right of Withdrawal, Returns & Exchanges

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To be eligible, items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
For hygiene reasons, this right does not apply to pierced earrings once removed from their sealed packaging, or to personalised/custom-made items, unless faulty.

6. Promotions & Discounts

Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after the order is placed.
Each code is valid for a limited time and may only be used once, unless otherwise stated.
Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
We reserve the right to cancel a promotion or refuse a discount code in cases of misuse.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you consent to that processing.

8. Account & Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
We may suspend or close accounts involved in suspicious or fraudulent activity.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MATCH IT JEWELLERY ΕΕ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Cyprus or EU consumer law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Cyprus, without affecting your statutory rights as a consumer.
